New flights to Valencia aim to help Valencian Economy

"Levante" reports this morning that Delta will be promoting new service from NY to Valencia starting in June! The round trip flight starts at 378 Euros (without taxes, 500+ with taxes).





This is very good news for Valencia and business people in Valencia. This gives us the ability for easy quick travel to the capitalism capital of the world and visa versa. I like the idea and support Rita and Delta for opening negotiations. All we can do now is keep marketing the idea and hope that over time results will be produced by this cheap flight to the Valencian capital. Over the years, Delta has noticed an increase in American travelers to the Valencian community. Obviously, they are capitalizing on this observation by offering cheap flights and starting the offer in the summer time. I imagine that this is geared more for tourist rather than business folks but I would like to see that this move help facilitate international investments on both sides.

Also Ryanair will recup 5 routs out of Valencia to England and Germany direct and Burberry closes its factory in Spain this morning, 250 more employees without jobs.
